I have more than a decade of coaching experience, working across cultures with senior management clients and executive teams in global FMCG, hospitality, pharma, manufacturing and law organizations, typically focusing on leadership & personal development, transformation, interpersonal skills and stepping into C-suite, partner or board roles.

I hold a B.Sc. in International Marketing from Niels Brock’s Business School in Copenhagen, a Diplôme Grande Ecole de Gestion/M.Sc. in Management from ESCP – EAP in Paris and I am a certified professional coach by the International Coaching Federation as well as a certified NLP coaching practitioner.

Originally from Denmark, I have lived and worked in the UK, Spain, France, Russia, Gibraltar and Switzerland am fluent in danish, english, french, spanish and german.
